Return Policy: Passages International, Inc stands behind the quality of it's products 100%. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Once the returned product is received by our staff and inspected, a full credit for the value of the item will be issued. If the product is damaged or incomplete, no credit will be given. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If the returned product included custom production or printing only the portion of the order that can be salvaged will be credited. No money will be refunded.
